Statewide Automated Victim Information & Notification Service

Our correctional facility has a fully automated notification system. PA SAVIN is the Statewide Automated Victim Information and Notification Service. It is powered by the V.I.N.E. network. You may register online at Vine Link, by calling PA SAVIN at 866-972-7284, or by contacting the Washington County Crime Victim / Witness Assistance Program at 724-229-5922.

You will be notified any time your inmate is released from the custody of the Washington County Correctional Facility. You are encouraged to add as many people and numbers as you wish to help them contact you. For further information please call the Correctional Facility at 724-228-6845
